Love this place, fresh tasty chicken, the butter garlic chicken is my favorite! The spicy is good too! Service is friendly and quick!

What a great location. Nice dining furniture inside & outside. I tried this place few years ago and just didn’t remember if was good or not. I know it just smells very delicious in this place. Today I tried it again I had the BBQ Chicken Burrito and it was extremely huge & delicious. After eating here I never want El Pollo Loco ever again. I’m trying the salad next…great job guys! Customer service was excellent and the place was very clean including where the food is prepared. XoXo

The best chicken in all of Long Beach and beyond! Had the Papa Charo, the chicken falls off the bone, the signature lemon garlic sauce and the seasoning is the magic you can't get anywhere else! The pinto beans are soft and juicy, mix it with the rice and it's amazing! It's been a couple of years since I moved out of long beach and was lucky enough to be passing by! Perfect just as always! I don't know about any other their other dishes we only order their mama or papa combos. The photo is unedited.

I don't really like burritos but I totally did a happy dance when I bit into this. And... AAAANNNDD I ate the entire burrito. That speaks volumes. P.S. I would have loved more cheese because I only had a sprinkle. But still good nonetheless

Charo Chicken's food is amazing. Great tasting. Doesnt even need seasoning if you get their garlic butter on it. Has been very helpful in my carnivore diet ... Customer service is outstanding...

I have been visiting Charo Chicken off and on since I was a kid. I always considered it a much better version of El Pollo Loco along with being a little different from the other chicken houses. The garlic lemon butter seasoning and the chicken is cooked perfectly with a moist center and well seasoned exterior. Let's not forget the brownies they sell fresh everyday. I really do enjoy this place's quality of food and their service is always patient and friendly.

Delicious and perfectly seasoned chicken. The beans and rice were perfectly seasoned as well. Meal comes with either corn or flour tortillas. I highly recommend Charo Chicken. Green and red Salsas were stupendous. Don't have access to a grill? No worries, Charo Chicken has the hook up!
